Stevan Pavlović
Hi, I’m Stevan. I have been a software engineer for more than eleven years, across many stacks and teams. Since 2024 I have worked as an AI-powered engineer, and I ship faster than ever. My work runs in , , and .
Fintech
I led the back end of LaunchPad, a core-banking platform. I kept its Symfony monolith running while I designed Syllo, the rewrite as NestJS microservices with typed gRPC contracts and events over Kafka and Redis. Every service that moves money checks balances double-entry style and handles each command only once, so concurrent load cannot leave accounts out of step.
Betting

I led the back-end architecture of a high-concurrency online betting platform: NestJS and Kafka services for the bet lifecycle, odds and settlement. Idempotency keys make the settlement pipeline safe to replay, and staged canary rollouts kept deploys at zero downtime through peak sporting events. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, I worked on AskGamblers, an iGaming review site with more than 150,000 registered users.
Healthtech
Evermed (opens in a new tab) · 2021
I moved a healthcare education platform from a PHP and Symfony monolith to independently deployable AWS services, without a gap in delivery. I built its video transcoding pipelines with safe retries and a traceable state at every step, and audit logs across the whole media flow for compliance.
Fleet logistics
Safety Real Time (opens in a new tab) · since 2022
As CTO I lead the architecture of a cloud fleet management platform for enterprise trucking operators, from the driver apps to the live operations dashboards. Vehicle and driver events travel over Redis pub/sub and reach those dashboards in under a second. Safety incidents such as failed pre-trip inspections and accident reports go straight to the people on duty, and compliance modules track renewals, inspections and driver scorecards.
